The Portuguese Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) has announced a new online filing platform for trademark and design applications.
The International Trademark Association (INTA) released a statement on its bulletin outlining the new platform for design and trademark applications.
Among the features include a harmonised database of products and services, a visual indication of the admissibility of the terms used in the specification of products and services and a step-by-step instruction on the filing of an application.
